Love Notes by Danielle Steel
Hi Everyone,
We have exciting news. After two-and-a-half years of hard work, long preparation, and a learning and artistic process that has been fascinating, the album of songs I wrote the lyrics for (with three French composers) is finally out. It’s called “Love Notes by Danielle Steel” and is available both online and in stores on CD.
It was a team effort among me, the three composers, four arrangers, seven musicians, and two singers, a man and a woman. Each song tells a story—about new love, surviving hard times, recovering from a lost love, or finally finding real love, and there is even a song about my late son Nick called “Why?” We’re all really excited about this album, and I hope you will be too when you hear it.
Six of the songs are in English, and four are in French, and the voices and music are great. And I really hope you love the lyrics that I wrote.
